Products
Return & refund and/or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of sale. Return/exchange must be approved in writing by a Taji 100 staff. Only the purchaser of the product may request return/exchange. Product(s) requesting to be returned/exchanged must be in original condition (Unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged) upon receipt by Taji100 staff. Refunds are for price of product(s) only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer may be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. In the event of an exhange, if the original product is not received within 30 days, the purpchaser will be charged for the replacement product and shipping. Amount of charge will vary depending on product purchased. All refunds/exchanges are subject to approval/denial of Taji 100 staff after inspection of product upon receipt. Exchange of product(s) is subject to availability of the product desired in exchange. Email paul@taji100.com for any return, exchange and/or refund requests.
Any products not successfully delivered due to lost by carrier or stolen, must be reported as lost/stolen with carrier prior to replacement of refund can be issued. Please contact your local postal office for details on filing such report. Once report is filed, contact us via email with report number to initiate replacement or refund.
In the event a parcel is not successfully delivered to invalid address or otherwise undeliverable by carrier, the parcel will be returned to sender. Once safely returned, we will attempt a second delivery for domestic locations free of charge. If the second attempt is not successful, any subsequent attempt shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. For international locations (other than APO or FPO), all shipping costs for attempts beyond the first will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Event
-Free participation. If a participant decides to withdraw from the free-event, the user may have her/his information deleted from the database. Participant must email paul@taji100.com and request such removal. Every effort will be made to delete all user information from our systems.
-Paid participation. If a participant decides to withdraw from the paid-event, the participant must email paul@taji100.com and request such cancelation. All purchased products must be returned to Taji 100, and received in their original condition (Unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged). Refunds will be issued after all products have been received and inspected for quality. Maximum refunded amount will be purchase price minus PayPal/ Stripe service fees (2.2% + $0.30) and shipping costs. All paid-participation cancelations must be made prior to February 28th of the event year.
